The identity, designed for another era, wasn’t providing the cut-through or brand image required in a competitive legal market. We conducted brand workshops and interviews with the partners and people at Kott Gunning and discovered the firm had a clear and distinctive set of organisational values. These values, which brought everyone together, were focused on the firm’s clients and their needs. A legal brand comparison audit also revealed where the brand needed to be repositioned to stand apart in a cluttered market.
DIA Brands totally reinvented the Kott Gunning brand and honed the firm’s focus with a clearly defined brand position and brand story. A new website now gives clear visibility to the firm’s legal offering while providing clients with one of the best user experiences in the market.
